Dorothy Aiello, PT, MSPT, DPT, CSST
Dr. Dorothy Aiello has over 30 years' experience treating a wide range of clients. She provides individualized care and treatment sessions are generally 45 minutes to an hour duration. She uses a combination of exercise, hands-on techniques, motion analysis, and patient education to help clients achieve their health goals.
Her credentials include:
• DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy, Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGH)
• MSPT - Master of Science in Physical Therapy, MGH (Advanced Orthopedic Specialization)
• PT - Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Northeastern University
• CSST - Certified Senior Strength Trainer, International Weightlifting Association
Dorothy's background includes clinical physical therapy experience, sports training, university-level course instruction, research, and personal training. She also holds a brown belt (sankyu) in Shorin-Ryu karate.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, biking, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Mary Ferrell, PTA, CPT
Mary Ferrell has over 30 years of experience working as a PTA. Her many years of experience contribute to her ability to help clients reach personal goals through exercise, hands-on techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
• Graduated from PTA program at Mt. Hood Community College
• Certified Personal Trainer
Mary's background is primarily in outpatient orthopedic care for a variety of ages. Her specialties include back care, temporomandibular dysfunction, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, and soft tissue injuries. She also has a background in rehabilitation for the geriatric population including prosthetic training and balance training.
In her spare time, she enjoys tap dancing, gardening, camping, biking, assisting a Siberian cat breeder, and spending time with her family.

Rhys Karasaki
MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Rhys Karasaki is a native Oregonian with experience in biochemical research.
In his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with his family and friends.
He is dedicated to ensuring that every patients feels comfortable and supported from the moment that they walk through our doors.

Bethany Garner
MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Bethany has worked with Dorothy since 2007. Though not a native to Oregon, she has called Portland her home for 30+ years and loves the Pacific Northwest.
In her spare time, she enjoys participating in improv comedy and keeping active by walking her super adorable dog Lucy. Bethany provides a warm and welcoming experience for all our patients.
